Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Customer SEAL to serve as the bridge between Sincera’s advanced technology and our valued customers. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and customer-focused, capable of articulating the value of our solutions to a diverse audience. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive product adoption, deliver insights, and ensure our technology aligns with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, offering strategic advice on how to leverage Sincera’s technology to enhance their business outcomes. Conducting regular check-ins to ensure customers are maximizing the platform’s value and using it to solve their business pain points.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations, showcasing the unique capabilities and benefits of Sincera’s technology to new clients.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide valuable feedback and proactive guidance to product and engineering teams, drawing on insights from customer interactions and emerging industry trends.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the AdTech industry and within Sincera’s product suite to offer cutting-edge solutions.

  • Experience working at a startup in product or engineering is a plus.

Role Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support or sales engineering, preferably within the AdTech industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, tailored for both internal teams and client-facing, executive-level audiences.
  • Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based services.
  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails.
